High & Dry -
The high altitude, cool climate Orange Wine Region is regarded as having excellent conditions to grow classically flavoured Chardonnay. The grapes were picked early to capture the light fruit, crisp acidity, elegance and freshness. Aromas of green apples, honeydew melon and vanilla. Green apples, nectarine and pineapple flavours, with a delicate creaminess.
Sauvignon Blanc -
This cool climate Orange Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour with aromas of tropical fruits, passionfruit and gooseberry followed by a fresh palate tasting of citrus and more tropical fruits.
It drinks well on its own but try with fresh oysters or steamed mussels.

Vineyard | Organically managed vineyards from Australia’s oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley.
Bouquet | Delicate aromas of rose petal and pink grapefruit.
