Refund policy

If you are unhappy or have any concerns with your order please contact us, we may ask for a photo of the flowers to pass onto our flower growers. They are a natural product and you should expect to have a 7 day lifespan if they are regularly given fresh water, a bit of a trim on an angle and if the vessel being used is cleaned regularly.

Please make sure delivery address is correct as once we have delivered your flowers to the address you have provide we are unable to redeliver if it is the wrong address. If we are unable to deliver due to security gates or any other events outside of our control your flower order will be redirected to our store front at 123 Avoca Drive Kincumber for collection or a redeliver fee may apply.
