Made from a selected clone of Glera from Northern Italy, planted in the Murray Darling region, this Prosecco benefits from high-density vine training and ample sunlight, which enhances photosynthesis and allows Mediterranean varietals to thrive. The vines grow in deep sandy loam soils and are irrigated with pure waters from the Murray River, resulting in a clean expression of the Glera varietal. Harvested early to retain acidity, the grapes are wild fermented in tank, racked, and carbonated.

The result is a sharp, slightly sweet, and fresh.
